SIF & Determined Admissions Arrangements 2025
All Secondary Transfer applicants must complete the Common Application Form (CAF) found on their home Local Authority Website.
If applying under Criteria 3, 4 and/or 5 (Children or Staff, Musical Aptitude and Academic Ability) please also complete this Supplementary Information Form (SIF) by completing the online form below. This must be submitted no later than 31st October 2024.
Please note - you are not obliged to complete the SIF but if not completed the school can only take into account the information received on the CAF.
